Selecting the right fabric is one of the most critical steps in building a successful apparel line. While 100% cotton and 100% polyester remain the most popular choices, there are many other fabrics available—and if you are unsure which one suits your project, Zain Garments is here to guide you.

We create custom-designed clothing using a wide selection of fabrics. You can choose from the materials we offer, and we also provide extensive customization options to match the vision you have for your clothing line.

Our range includes fabrics ideal for men’s wear, women’s wear, and various sports garments.

Casual Jersey Fabrics

At Zain Garments, you can explore a large variety of casual jersey fabrics, which are typically knitted materials. We offer single jersey, double jersey, interlock jersey, and jacquard jersey. These fabrics are perfect for T-shirts, women's tops, shorts, pocket tees, and other casualwear items.

You may choose from 100% cotton, 100% polyester, or blended materials such as 60% cotton / 40% polyester. For larger orders, we can even develop a completely customized jersey fabric based on your specifications.

Fleece Fabrics

We offer a comprehensive range of fleece fabrics, commonly used for hoodies, sweatshirts, and sweaters. Fleece is a thicker material with different GSM (grams per square meter) options. You may select from our readily available fleece fabrics or request a custom GSM if your order quantity meets the minimum requirement.

Fleece garments are typically worn in colder environments, so many brands opt for heavier fabric weights. If you prefer something lighter, we also offer French terry, which provides comfort without the bulk.

Sports Fabrics

With the rising popularity of sports and activewear, selecting the right performance fabric is essential. Zain Garments provides a range of sports fabrics, including nylon spandex, polyester spandex, and cotton spandex.

These materials are ideal for basketball jerseys, yoga pants, leggings, gym wear, and fitted T-shirts. If our standard options do not meet your needs, we can customize the fabric specifically for your project.

Premium Fabrics

To elevate your garment designs further, we also offer premium fabrics such as silk, leather (real or synthetic), satin, and woven shirt fabrics like 100% cotton.

These materials allow designers to add luxurious touches—perfect for sleeves, patches, panels, trims, and other enhancements. Creativity thrives when there are no limits, which is why we aim to provide as many premium options as possible.

Hosiery Fabrics

Hosiery fabrics are generally used for leggings, tights, and undergarments because of their stretchability. However, they are not limited to hosiery items; they can also be used for creating lightweight, flexible T-shirts or blended into multi-fabric garments.

Twill Fabrics

Twill fabrics are widely used for workwear, coats, hats, and outdoor garments. Their durability, breathability, and natural resistance to water and wind make them a practical yet stylish choice.

Twill is also excellent for sublimation printing, making it ideal for custom-printed pants or other digitally designed apparel.
